Can we keep track of issued certificates?

Keeping on top of who has been issued a certificate and who hasn't is a key duty of an RTO Admin.

Once a certificate has been issued for a student, a few things happen:

  • If it was issued in PDF format, it is automatically uploaded to the student's library
  • It is downloaded to your computer
  • The certificate register is updated with a record of the student, course, certificate template used, date, link to reprint the certificate etc.
  • The audit logs are updated with the date time and user stamp of the Admin who issued the certificate

Certificate access can be restricted to only selected administrators using the Admin Access feature.
