Example: I want potential students to browse my course catalogue online but want them to undergo an application interview before enrolling.
You are able to set your courses to ‘Visible to Public’ and then the schedules ‘not Visible to Public’. This way all the course description material will be available on the public site but not the schedules. As such, prospects will be unable to enrol without contacting you first to arrange an interview.
A schedule in Bluegem is an instance of a course, the class. It defines the date and location of the training. A course in Bluegem does not contain the dates. It holds the default information, modules and course material to be inherited by it's Schedules. Enrolments are made into Schedules.
